旅券（有り）

①記入のあるすべてのページの写しを提出してください。
②ネパール国籍の方は必ず提出してください。

身分証明書

①公認がある身分証明書の写しを提出してください。
②ベトナム国籍の方は旅券があっても、必ず提出してください。

①必ず入学希望者本人がサインしてください。
②日本語を学ぶ理由及び日本語教育機関卒業後の進路について記載したものを提出してください。
③最終学歴卒業後5年以上経過している場合は、日本語の学ぶ目的、日本語教育機関卒業後の進路等を詳しく記載したものを提出してください。

①日本語教育機関の名義、住所、連絡先、具体的な学習期間、週あたりの学習時間、現在までの既習時間が明記されたものを提出してください。

①縦４cmｘ横３cm　10枚
②無帽で正面を向いたものであること、背景（影を含む）がないこと、鮮明であること、申請前３か月以内に撮影されたものであること。

高等学校の卒業証書及び成績証明書

中国や台湾等は写しで良いですが、ベトナム及びネパール留学生の場合は、公認がある写し及び原本を提出してください。

②在学証明書・在職証明書（在職期間、職務内容）を提出してください。

戸籍謄本及び身分証明書の写し（中国学生の場合は、公証書を提出してください。）
出生証明書を出してください。

納税証明書または年間所得証明書（学費・生活費の自己負担の場合）

本人名義の預金残高証明書（海外送金可能の銀行）

Admission Application

Passport (If have)

①Have to provide all of copy file which was mentioned the personal information
②Nepali have to submit the passport

ID card

①Have to provide the copy of ID card
②Regarding Vietnamese, although have the passport but still have to submit the ID card

①Must be signed by the applicant
②Letter of Reason of studying Japanese or plans after graduation have to be submitted
③In the case, the application have been graduated the latest school over 5 years, the letter of Reason of studying Japanese or plans after graduation have to made clearly.

①The certification has to be mentioned all of information such as: name of Japanese center, address, contact information, learning hours/week and at the present how many hours have been finished…

①Photographs of the applicant (4.0cm x 3.0cm)  10 sheets
②The photographs must have been taken within 3 months of apply and they must be clear with a plain background. The applicant should be facing front and should not be wearing a cap or hat. Applicant`s name and nationality must be written on the back of each photo.

Certificate of graduation from High School or Academic Transcript

Chinese and Taiwan is not need to submit the Character / Transfer Certificate.

In the case Vietnamese, Nepali have to submit this Character / Transfer Certificate (Copy file was certified public accountants )

In the case, the applicant enters elementary school under age grade 5 years or over age grade 8 years, the applicant must be submitted the reason letter.

In the case, the blank period is over 1 year after graduated the latest school, have to submit the letter will be explained specifically the reason and details.

①In the case the applicant goes to High School or university and Japanese language at the same time, have to submit the proof which is shown that how the applicant controls their academic daily routine.
②Certificate of enrollment, Certificate of Employment (tenure of office, job duties) have to be submitted.

Certificate of the Family Register or ID card (In the case, the applicant is Chinese, please submit the notarial deed

Birth certificate will be submitted

In the case the applicant self-bear school expenses and the cost of living, please submit the Certificate of income tax paid or Certificate of Annual Income

The applicant of banking information should be informed, Also, need to submit the Bank of Balance (Please provide the account at bank where can transfer the money oversea)

Hộ chiếu nếu có

Giấy chứng minh nhân thân

①Nộp bản phô tô công chứng chứng minh thư nhân dân
②Đối với học sinh việt nam thì cho dù có hộ chiếu cũng vẫn phải nộp

②Nộp bản nêu rõ lý do muốn học tiếng nhật và kế hoạch sau khi học xong trường tiếng nhật
③Trong trường hợp sau khi tốt nghiệp trường học cuối cùng mà quá 5 năm thì hãy nêu rõ và chi tiết mục đích học tiếng nhật và kế hoạch sau khi tốt nghiệp trường tiếng nhât.

①Tên trung tâm,địa chỉ,thông tin liên lạc,thời gian học cụ thể,1 tuần bao nhiêu giờ,cho đến hiện tại thì đã học được bao nhiêu giờ

①Dọc 4cm ngang 3 cm 10 tấm
②Ảnh chụp chính diện và không đội mũ,Không có bối cảnh(bao gồm cả bóng),Ảnh rõ nét,được chụp trong vòn 3 tháng

bằng tốt nghiệp và bản điểm trung học phổ thông

Học sinh trung quốc và đài loan thì nộp bản phô tô cũng được.còn học sinh việt nam,Nepal thì bản phô tô phải có công chứng và bản gốc

Trong trường hợp học sinh nhập học tiểu học trước lúc 5 tuổi hoặc sau 8 tuổi phải có giấy giải thích

Giấy xác nhận nộp thuế và giấy xác nhận thu nhập (trong trường hợp tự bảo lãnh về học phí và phí inh hoạt)

Giấy xác nhận số dư tài khoản tên chính chủ(ngân hang có thể chuyển tiền ra nước ngoài)

①परिचयपत्रको प्रतिलिपि प्रदान गर्नु पर्छ
②भियतनामी सन्दर्भमा, यद्यपि पासपोर्ट छ तर अझै परिचयपत्र बुझाउनु पर्छ

①आवेदकद्वारा हस्ताक्षर गर्नु पर्छ
② जापानी भाषाको अध्ययनको कारण वा स्नातक पछि योजनाहरू बुझाउनु पर्छ
③यदि, आवेदन भर्खरको स्कूल ५ बर्ष भन्दा बढी स्नातक भएको छ, जापानी भाषा पढ्ने कारणको पत्र वा स्नातक पछि योजनाहरू स्पष्ट गर्नु पर्छ।

①प्रमाणीकरणमा सबै जानकारीहरू उल्लेख गर्नु पर्दछ: जापानी केन्द्रको नाम, ठेगाना, सम्पर्क जानकारी, सिक्ने घण्टा / हप्ता र वर्तमानमा कति घण्टा समाप्त भएको थियो …

①आवेदकको तस्बिरहरू (४.० सेमी x ३.० सेमी) १० प्रति
②फोटोहरू लागू गरेको महिना भित्र लिइएको हुनुपर्दछ र तिनीहरू सादा पृष्ठभूमिमा स्पष्ट हुनुपर्दछ। आवेदक अगाडि सामना गर्नुपर्नेछ र टोपी वा टोपी लगाउनु हुँदैन। आवेदकको नाम र राष्ट्रियता प्रत्येक फोटोको पछाडि लेखिएको हुनुपर्दछ।

उच्च विद्यालय वा शैक्षिक ट्रान्सक्रिप्टबाट स्नातक प्रमाणपत्र

चिनियाँ र ताइवानले क्यारेक्टर / ट्रान्सफर प्रमाणपत्र बुझाउनु आवश्यक पर्दैन। भियतनामी केसमा, नेपालीले यो क्यारेक्टर / ट्रान्सफर सर्टिफिकेट बुझाउनु पर्छ (प्रतिलिपि फाइल प्रमाणित सार्वजनिक लेखाकार थियो)

चिनियाँ र ताइवानले अन्तिम शैक्षिक पृष्ठभूमि को प्रमाणपत्र पेश गर्न आवश्यक छैन
भियतनामी केसमा, नेपालीले अन्तिम शैक्षिक पृष्ठभूमिको यो प्रमाणपत्र बुझाउनु पर्छ (प्रतिलिपि फाइल सार्वजनिक लेखाकार प्रमाणित गरिएको थियो)

यस अवस्थामा, आवेदकले ५ बर्ष उमेर ग्रेड र ८ बर्ष भन्दा माथि उमेरको प्राथमिक विद्यालयमा प्रवेश गर्दछ, आवेदकले कारण पत्र बुझाउनु पर्छ।

यस अवस्थामा, भर्खरको स्कूल स्नातक पछि १ बर्ष भन्दा बढी भएको छ, पत्र बुझाउनु पर्नेछ विशेष कारण र विवरणको बारेमा व्याख्या गर्नुपर्नेछ।

①नामांकनको प्रमाणपत्र एकै समयमा आवेदक उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय वा विश्वविद्यालय र जापानी भाषा जान्छ भने, प्रमाण पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ जुन देखाउँदछ कि आवेदकले कसरी आफ्नो शैक्षिक दैनिक तालिका नियन्त्रण गर्दछ।
②रोजगार प्रमाणपत्र(कार्यालयको कार्याकाल,कामको कार्य तालीका )बुemfpनु पर्दछ।
③रोजगार प्रमाणपत्र (कार्यालयको कार्यकाल, काम कर्तव्यहरु) बुझाउनु पर्छ।

रोजगार कर्तव्य पारिवारिक रेजिष्टर वा परिचय पत्रको प्रमाणित (केसमा आवेदक चिनियाँ हो भने कृपया नोटेरियल डीड बुझाउनुहोस् जन्म प्रमाणपत्र बुझाइनेछ

यदि आवेदक स्वयं सहन स्कूल खर्च र बस्ने लागत को लागी, कृपया आय कर तिर्ने प्रमाणपत्र वा वार्षिक आयको प्रमाणपत्र पेश गर्नुहोस्।

बैंकि जानकारीका आवेदकलाई सूचित गर्नुपर्नेछ, साथै, बैंक अफ ब्यालेन्स बुझाउनु पर्छ (कृपया बैंकमा खाता उपलब्ध गराउनुहोस् जहाँ पैसा ओभरसीमा स्थानान्तरण गर्न सकिन्छ)

詳細に資金を形成したものを提出してください。（ベトナム国籍の方のみ）

必ず経費支弁者本人が記入してください。

自営業の方は営業許可書の写しを提出してください。

課税・納税証明書を提出してください。

在日外国人の場合は、在留カードの写しを提出してください。

翻訳責任者の氏名・連絡先を記入ください。

Giấy xác nhận số dư của ngân hang có thể chuyển tiền ra nước ngoài
