出願方法

面接、書類審査など　そのた詳細につきましては下記の一般的な手続きの流れをご覧ください。

Local interview, checking document, etc… Please refer to detailed procedure as below.

स्थानीय साक्षात्कार, कागजात जाँच गर्दै, आदि … कृपया तल विस्तृत प्रक्रियाको सन्दर्भ गर्नुहोस्।

 

■一般な手続きの流れ
Normally we will process as below procedures.

सामान्यतया हामी प्रक्रियागत रूपमा प्रक्रिया गर्नेछौं।

１．現地面接
Local interview | Phỏng vấn ở nước sở tại | स्थानीय अन्तर्वार्ता
地域によっては、指定の場所まで出向いてもらうこともあります。
地域、日程によっては、面接がないこともあります。
Depend on the local, we will arrange the schedule of interview and will notice the time, date and place of interview to students directly or will notice to center where the students are learning Japanese.
Sometime, we will ignore the local interview based on schedule and local.

स्थानीय मा निर्भर गर्दछ, हामी अन्तर्वार्ताको तालिका को व्यवस्था गर्नेछौं र विद्यार्थीहरु लाई साक्षात्कारको समय, मिति र ठाउँ याद गर्नेछौं वा विद्यार्थीले जापानी भाषा सिकिरहेको केन्द्रमा सूचना दिनेछौं।
केहि समय, हामी कार्यक्रम र स्थानीय मा आधारित स्थानीय साक्षात्कार बेवास्ता गर्नेछौं।

 

２．面接合格
Public the interview of result | Đỗ phỏng vấn | परिणामको अन्तर्वार्ता सार्वजनिक गर्नुहोस्

 

３．書類審査
Checking documents | Kiểm tra hồ sơ | कागजात समीक्षा

 

４．入学許可書交付
Entrance to school authorization letter will be issued

Cấp giấy phép nhập học

स्कूल प्रमाणीकरण पत्रमा प्रवेश जारी गरिनेछ

 

５．入国出入国在留管理局の審査
Submit the final documents who can be received in the student side to Immigration bureau and will wait the result from Immigration bureau.

Cục xuất nhập cảnh nhật bản sẽ tiến hành thẩm tra hồ sơ

अन्तिम कागजातहरू जो विद्यार्थी पक्षमा प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ इमिग्रेशन ब्यूरोमा बुझाउनुहोस् र अध्यागमन ब्यूरोबाट परिणाम प्रतीक्षा गर्नुहोस् ।

審査期間は２ヶ月程度です。
２年コース　申請12月末　結果公表２月末
1.5年コース  申請6月末　結果公表8月末

Normally we need to wait around 2 months in order to get the final result of Certificate of Eligibility.
2 years course   Application period is at the end of December     The Certificate of Eligibility will be issued at the end of February of Next year.
1.5 years course   Application period is at the end of June          The Certificate of Eligibility will be issued at the end of August of Same year.

Thời gian thẩm tra khoảng 2 tháng
Khóa 2 năm xin từ cách lưu trú cuối tháng 12 công bố kết quả cuối tháng 2
Khóa 1.5 năm xin tư cách lưu trú cuối tháng 6 công bố kết quả cuối tháng 8

सामान्यतया हामीले योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्रको अन्तिम परिणाम प्राप्त गर्न लगभग २ महिना कुर्नुपर्दछ।
२ बर्षको कोर्स आवेदन अवधि डिसेम्बरको अन्त्यमा हुन्छ । योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्र अर्को वर्ष फेब्रुअरीको अन्त्यमा जारी गरिनेछ।
१. ५ बर्षको पाठ्यक्रम आवेदन अवधि जुनको अन्त्यमा हुन्छ । योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्र उही वर्षको अगस्टको अन्त्यमा जारी गरिनेछ।

 

６．在留資格認定書交付
Certificate of Eligibility will be issued

Cấp giấy xác nhận tư cách lưu trú

योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्र जारी गरिनेछ

 

７．学費納入
Paying tuition | Nộp học phí | शिक्षण शुल्क

 

８．入学許可書・在留資格認定書の原本の送付
Original of Entrance to school authorization Letter and Certificate of Eligibility will be sent out to students.

Gửi giấy phép nhập học và giấy xác nhận tư cách lưu trú bản gốc

स्कूल प्राधिकरणमा प्रवेशको मूल विद्यार्थी र योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्र विद्यार्थीलाई पठाइने छ।

 

９．現地での日本大使館のビザ申請・大使館の面接
At the home country, the students have to apply the visa and attend the interview at Japanese Embassy.

Xin visa và phỏng vấn ở đại sứ quán nhật bản tại nước sở tại

स्वदेशमा, विद्यार्थीहरूले भिसा लागू गर्न र जापानी दूतावासको अन्तर्वार्तामा भाग लिन पर्छ।

 

１０．入国
Entry | Nhập cảnh | अध्यागमन

入国日が決まったら、ご連絡ください。
指定空港まで送迎いたします。
As soon as the student get the Entry authorization letter, have to contact with Japanese school. We will arrange the schedule to pick the students up at Airport as per conversations.

Sau khi quyết định ngày nhập cảnh đến nhật thì hãy liên lạc với trường. Trường sẽ đưa đón từ sân bay đã được chỉ định.

विद्यार्थीले एन्ट्री आधिकारिकता पत्र पाउने बित्तिकै जापानी स्कूलको साथ सम्पर्क गर्नुपर्नेछ। हामी कुराकानीहरू अनुसार एयरपोर्टमा विद्यार्थीहरू छनौट गर्न समय मिलाउनेछौं।
